“How successful is this church? You’d look at it, and you would be like, ‘man, this is what the body of Christ aspires to, this is the metric. Guys, Ephesus the place you wanna be. If you ever get the chance to go to the church of Ephesus, oh my goodness, they are doing it right!’ But then that next verse cuts like a double-edged sword: Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.”
