1 Timothy 6: A Closer Walk with Thee
“When you are in your devotional time, your Bible study, your Sunday morning service, every instance where you go to the well to fill yourself with the knowledge of God, let it be backed by sound teaching that comes directly from the word of God. If you don’t feel convicted after these times that you spend with God and you only go to books and preachers and teachers that pat you on the head and say ‘well you’re doing your best,’ then you need to get new books, preachers, and teachers. You need to have that spiritual prick in your heart that reminds you why you need a Savior.”
