1 Peter 3-5: Submit

“If you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. Christ did it first, to bring us to God and now we do the same for others. We do the same for others when it’s hard: Slaves to masters, wives to husbands. The world is like, ‘that doesn’t make any sense.’ Guess what? God’s word doesn’t make any sense to our flesh, because our flesh is all about doing what we want to do, submitting to no one and no thing. Jesus said, I submitted when it was hardest of all.”
